Welcome to everyone. This blog entry will be used to talk about a the topic and title of a particular issue in my community.

A time of physical and mental illnesses

South African Lockdown Online Community

This is for everyone trapped inside, unable to go out.

Coronavirus, a breeding ground for insanity

The particular issue to be studied and looked at is how the peoples of an online community’s mental wellnesses are being currently affected by the 2020 ongoing coronavirus pandemic event in SA, especially if they have an ongoing mental illness, behavioral disorder, depression and so forth. This became a necessary topic to look into since the interviewer has both a behavioral disorder and has as a result experienced many ongoing challenges and has a friend who almost committed suicide during coronavirus because of not being able to see a therapist face to face. What the writer wants to look at is how lack of access to face to face mental health care is affecting people’s mental health and (especially if they have a diagnosed disorder). Also what will be looked at is how their problems are heightened, worsened and or affected or inconvenienced by the Coronavirus epidemic. The main wish of these written stories though is out of the desire to bring more awareness to a growing issue and a situation that could have possibly horribly resulting consequences which could lead to disaster if not properly handled by the government and medical department and all other peoples of South Africa.
